Heceta Head Lighthouse

Equipped with a first order Fresnel lens, Heceta Head is Oregon's  brightest as well as most photographed lighthouse.

 

Equipment:

Canon EOS 1D Mark II and Canon EF 70-200L lens with a 1.4 Canon teleconverter for a focal length of 280mm.  Exposure set for 1/8 of a second at f/16, ISO 100.
